REFUND POLICY


OVERVIEW

As UrMuse is selling non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, we do refund our customers after a purchase under certain conditions, undermentioned. You are responsible for understanding all the conditions of our Refund policy below before making a purchase for a product or a service on urmuse.com.


SECTION 1 - REFUND POLICY DURATION

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 14 days following your purchase by using the contact form on the Refund Request page. You will be refunded within 14 days after the receipt of your withdrawal request, if ("only if") you meet the requirements described in our Refund Policy.


SECTION 2 - REFUND POLICY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, you should not have opened the link to download your files provided after your purchase. If you opened the link to download the files after your purchase, we will no longer be able to repay you, due to the nature of the products we sell ("digital goods"). Opening the download link provided after your purchase breaks the refund agreement of our Refund Policy. By opening the link to download the files that you bought you give up your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a refund it is best to contact us through the contact form on the Refund Request page. You must have properly completed all the required fields present in the form, otherwise we won't be able to respond to your claim in a short delay.

You can also use the form on the Contact page, or the mail address contact@support.urmuse.com, to ask for a refund but it could be slower for us to process your request as we may not have all the informations required to do it in a short delay.


SECTION 3 - STEPS IN THE REFUND REQUEST

Once your withdrawal request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


SECTION 4 - NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

UrMuse does not refund the items, services, or products described below :

  • Gift cards : only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately gift cards or purchases made with gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Some products from a products pack : only a full products pack can be refunded, unfortunately we are not able to refund one or a few products from a products pack.

SECTION 5 - LATE OR MISSING ORDER (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your purchase yet, first check your mailbox again.
Then wait a few minutes and check your mailbox again, it may take some time before your purchase arrive in your mailbox.
Next check your junk mail. Sometimes your mailbox provider may believe that our emails are spam.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your purchase yet, please contact us at contact@support.urmuse.com.


SECTION 6 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
