This page contains all the information you need to know in order to create an account and make a purchase on the store.

How to create a customer account?

To create your account on UrMuse Store you can click on the Profile icon available in the menu (or by clicking on this link, and then click on "Create account". Then you need to fill in the following form in order to finalize the creation of your account.


With your new account you can view your orders, update your profile information, and save payment & address information for a faster checkout experience.
While you cannot download the products you have purchased directly from you account at the moment, you can make a request to receive a new download link by email on the Download link Request page.

Create an account at checkout

If you have not created an account before making a purchase on the store, you are able to create one at checkout. To do so you need to check the "Create an account for faster checkout" box at checkout, and then enter a password in the "Password" field.


You can also check the "Remember my payment information" box to save your credit card information to your account.
Note that you cannot save PayPal information to your UrMuse account at the moment, only credit card information are accepted.

Purchase without a customer account

If you want to make a purchase on UrMuse without creating a customer account, you can by making a purchase as a guest.

Please note that if you make a purchase as a guest you will not be able to see the purchases you have previously made on the store if you create an account afterward. Nonetheless, we will still have access to your customer and order information in order to offer you the same Customer Support as the client who have an account.

Change the password of the account

To modify the password of your account on UrMuse Store you can click on the "Sign in" link in the menu, and then click on "Forgot Password?" to request a password reset email.


You can also request this password reset email by clicking on this link. You will then receive an email containing a link to reset you password. This link expires after 24 hours.

Note that we are unable to change your password for you or manually send you a password reset email.

Change the email address of the account

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the email address associated with your account at the moment. If you want to use a new email address on UrMuse you can create a new account using your updated email address. Please be aware that all the orders made before the creation of the updated email address account will still be linked to your previous email address account.

Accepted methods of payment

We currently accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. As we use Stripe and PayPal as payment providers you can use all the credit cards that Stripe and PayPal support for a store based in Europe.

Payment with PayPal

You can use PayPal to make purchases on the store. If you do not own a Paypal account you can create one while making your purchase on the store or use your current credit card with Stripe or PayPal as a payment provider.

In order to use your PayPal account to make a purchase you need to click on the "PayPal" tab of the "Payment" section when you are on the Checkout page.


Once you have open the "PayPal" tab, a PayPal button becomes available. Click on the "Continue with PayPal" button to open a PayPal login page.


The PayPal login page will appear on top of the Checkout page. Log in to your PayPal account or enter your credit card information, and validate the purchase from the PayPal page.


Once you have finished filling your payment information in the PayPal page all you have to do is reviewing and confirming your purchase from the checkout page by clicking on the "Purchase" button in the section 4 named "Review & Purchase".

Payment security

We use Stripe and PayPal to secure all the purchases made on the store. If you want to know more about Stripe and PayPal security measures you can find them on this Stripe page and this PayPal page.

How to download a purchased product?

When you complete a purchase you are redirected to an Order Confirmation page where you will find a link to download your product.

You will also automatically receive an email containing a link to the product. After the first click on this link you have 24 hours to download your product before it expires.

If you haven't downloaded your product during this 24 hours period or you want to download it again you can contact us to receive a new email with a download link to your product. Simply use the form on the Download link Request page to claim a new download link to your product.

If you don't find the email containing the download link in your "Inbox" please check your "Junk mail" and your "Trash" to verify that the email was not moved inside by mistake.
